The correlation between productivity, rationing and working conditions is determined; the factors that determine working conditions and their impact on human health and performance have been studied. The necessity of using a corporate employee health management system is substantiated, which will lead to increased competitiveness of the organization, increased productivity of workers and the creation of a positive image in the face of employees and potential investors.

Abstract

A comprehensive assessment of the development and efficiency of agricultural production in large-scale agro-industrial enterprises in the Republic of Belarus in comparison with other forms of production is provided. The distinctive organizational and economic features of the functioning of the main groups of agricultural producers in Belarus have been identified. It has been proven that production efficiency in large-scale agro-industrial enterprises is in most cases higher than that of small- and medium-scale enterprises. The patterns of development of large-scale agro-industrial enterprises depending on specialization have been identified.

It has been established that there is no close correlation between organizational-legal form of a large-scale agro-industrial enterprise and the effectiveness of agricultural production.

The economic stability of the country's agricultural sector at the present stage is largely predetermined by the efficiency of the functioning of large-scale agricultural production. Within the framework of the article, theoretical aspects and methodological principles of analysis and forecasting of its development are studied and systematized. A structural diagram of the system functioning at the regional level is substantiated, stages of scientific analysis, specific features and advantages of this segment of agricultural production are identified.

At the present stage of economic development of the Republic of Belarus, the problem of organizational and economic regulation of agro-industrial sector is paramount, since food production is a strategic component of national security. Abstract

The research results determining the relevance of adaptive marketing development in the national economy of the Republic of Belarus in the conditions of its digitization are presented. Based on a comparative analysis of traditional and adaptive marketing, the main stages of formation and development of the marketing concept are identified, and scientific approaches to defining the economic essence of the categories «marketing», «adaptive marketing», «agile marketing», and «flexible marketing» are systematized. The theoretical and methodological foundations of adaptive marketing are substantiated, ensuring the expansion of directions for practical activities of organizations in the conditions of economic digitization.

The current state, forecast estimates and development prospects for this segment of the global food market are considered. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the milk and dairy products market in the People’s Republic of China and the Russian Federation. A comprehensive analysis of Russian regulations regarding export support is presented. Special attention is paid to the institutional structure of the Russian Export Center, which is a specialized institute for supporting exporters of agri-food products. The issues of organizational and financial measures to support the export of agri-food products are considered in detail. Current measures to stimulate exports have been developed to implement in domestic practice support of enterprises exporting agri-food products.

An analytical overview of the market conditions in Algeria and Egypt for agri-food products has been presented for the Republic of Belarus, along with a forecast of their development until 2030. Tariff and non-tariff conditions for access to the researched markets are justified. The results of research on assessing the performance efficiency of agricultural organizations using the rating approach are presented. The algorithm of rating assessment of growth rates of agricultural producers’ efficiency on the basis of matrix method is presented, which allows to comprehensively assess not only the results of the organization’s activity, but also its resource endowment, the amount and efficiency of the production costs.

Changes in the external and internal environment of the sustainability of the flax growing industry are revealed, factors influencing the efficiency of the functioning of agricultural organizations and processing enterprises, and the competitiveness of flax products in the domestic and foreign markets are identified. The process of management flax production is shown as a complex multifunctional and multicomponent complex of agrotechnical, economic and organizational measures, where each element has its own specifics, requiring compliance with biological, technological, economic parameters and standards at all stages, starting with cultivation, processing, storage and ending with marketing of finished products.

Abstract

The results of monitoring of current regulatory documents for rating the agricultural labor are presented. The complexity of the study is ensured through an in-depth study of the state management system for labor standards, current labor legislation, methodological recommendations of sectoral government bodies regarding the establishment of standards for production, time, service, and number. It has been revealed that agricultural organizations carry out the process of labor rating using outdated standards, which hinders the growth of labor productivity of workers and, consequently, the economic efficiency of the functioning of organizations. Particular attention in the article is paid to the study of the coverage of rationing processes in crop and livestock production. In conclusion, the increasing role of labor rating in the field of wages and the formation of the wage fund is emphasized.
