Product quality assurance in cooperative-integrated structures of Agro-Industrial Complex in the context of staff professional development

Abstract
Based on the study of international experience, the approaches and specific features of staff professional development within multi-sectoral cooperative-integrated structures are outlined in the context of establishing fundamental conditions for ensuring the quality of produced goods. Priority measures and development directions in this area have been identified.
