Organizational legal mechanism estimation features of property cost in the procedure of economic insolvency (bankruptcy)
Abstract
Property valuation allows you to balance the structure of the company’s assets, to put things in order in depreciation and optimize the structure of production cost. At the same time, it contributes to the optimization of the management system and application success of modern methods of financial management in the reorganization (restructuring) of production. Valuation of property is one of the stages of the anti-crisis management procedure, which in turn is designed to ensure the effective functioning of the enterprise.
