Abstract
The experience analysis of agro-ecotouristic activity developement in Russia is made. The existing regulatory legal framework governing this type of activity is studied and analyzed. The scientific and pedagogical base of the country was evaluated, a set of options for further development of agroecotourism was determined and a number of constraints were identified.
