Formation factors and optimization directions of food losses and wastes

Abstract

The analysis and systematization of formation factors of food losses and wastes, including the levels of impact, depending on promotion stages of agricultural raw materials and food are presented. The directions of improvement and optimization of food losses and wastes are considered.
