В статье представлены результаты анализа методологии и практики обеспечения устойчивого функционирования агропродовольственного комплекса и сельского хозяйства за рубежом, а также обозначена возможность их применения в условиях Республики Беларусь. В качестве объекта исследования выбраны Европейский союз – интеграционное объединение государств с различным потенциалом и уровнем эффективности аграрного сектора, реализующих единую политику и стратегию на основе сбалансированного сочетания рыночных механизмов, свободной конкуренции и государственного регулирования на всех уровнях хозяйствования, а также США – государство с развитой системой поддержки сельского хозяйства и потребительского рынка, высоким уровнем кооперационно-интеграционного взаимодействия в цепочке создания добавленной стоимости.

The results of the methodology and practice analysis of sustainable functioning ensuring of the agri-food complex and agriculture abroad, as well as the possibility of their application in the conditions of the Republic of Belarus are presented in the article. The European Union is an integration association of states with different potential and efficiency level of the agricultural sector, implementing a single policy and strategy based on a balanced combination of market mechanisms, free competition and government regulation at all levels of economy and the United States – as a state with a developed system of support for agriculture and the consumer market, a high level of cooperation and integration in the value chain.
